仕事内容

Purpose of Role This role is a member of the team supporting technology and health care investments. This role will be supporting deal execution, portfolio management, and reporting duties. There will also be some opportunity to source deals and participate in other projects.
Your key responsibilities This role works in the team to support senior staff in identifying, analysing and monitoring investments. Much of the time is spent under the supervision of deal leaders.

Investment Judgment s, etc. Valuation
・Gather relevant data to produce cap tables and detailed valuation models. Deal Structure & Negotiation
・Gather relevant data to produce scenario analyses. Documentation
・Gather relevant data to write different types of investment recommendations (Level 0’s, 1’s, memos and I-comm decks)
・Draw charts and graphs to illustrate financial reports and analysis
・Assist in completing and processing all relevant deal documentation Exits
・Gather relevant data to analyze different exit scenarios. May do preliminary analysis.
・Assist in completing and processing all relevant exit documentation

Portfolio Management
・Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information obtained

必要業務経験

Your skills and experience
・Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
・Several years of recent business experience in Japan
・2-5 years of work experience, preferably in investment banking or consulting
・preferably with a multi-national firm (management consultants will be considered if financial modelling skills are strong)
・Preference will be given to those with demonstrated interest in venture capital and technology or healthcare sectors
・Excellent mathematical and financial skills. Able to use these skills to solve complex problems.
・Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
・Fluent Japanese and good English (listening, writing, speaking)
・Experience working in a multicultural environment
