仕事内容

The firm is the wholly owned independently managed, investment management affiliate of the world’s leading real estate services firm. It has over $143.9 billion of real estate assets under management globally on behalf of over 790 institutional investors and employs 1,000+ employees in 30+ offices worldwide.
■Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to responses to client requests and the production of client reporting materials such as quarterly reports and presentations
- Provide support with new investment decisions and on-going management and monitoring of the client portfolios. The candidate will be actively involved in the preparation of annual client investment plans which look at investing across different countries and real estate sectors on a global basis，the candidate will be actively involved in preparing client investment plans and ensure that portfolios are positioned in accordance with market views and within the restrictions

必要業務経験

- Degree educated and preferably have a relevant real estate advisory, investment, finance, accounting or related qualification
- Up to three years of relevant working experience
- Excellent technical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met:
- Accurate with exceptional attention to detail
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach to work.
