■Job Purpose (Job Summary)
・In charge of underwriting and execution
・Perform quick and accurate market analysis and underwriting for the projects that have been sourced
・Develop review, forecast, and strategic recommendations for the Japanese real estate market
・Marketing research on the real estate market
■Key Responsibilities / Duties
・Market analysis and underwriting
・Deal execution
・Deal sourcing support
・Assist Research team to enhance work quality and process efficiency

必要業務経験

■Work Experience
・Practical experience in real estate investment
・Especially sufficient experience in market analysis and underwriting
・Ability to explain investment projects using Excel and PowerPoint
・Solid background in economic and/or real estate research
■Skills / Other Personal Attributes
・Business level of English language
・Communicate with team members effectively and efficiently
