仕事内容

・Overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual and ad-hoc reporting for Special Purpose Companies（SPCs）
・Support for deal closing such as acquisitions and dispositions of assets
・Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, attorney and other business partners.
・Provide interest payment, DSCR, ICR, LTV and other required reports to Lender
・Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations
・Reviewing and preparing of capital calls and distributions
・Asset Management Fee calculation and invoicing
・Accounting query resolution
・Client and regulatory reporting
・Provide process improvement suggestions to optimize operational workflows.
・Perform other related duties as needed

必要業務経験

・5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, SPC management, investment firms, Bank and Trust Bank.
・Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
・Japanese: Native(required), English: reading and writing skills required for documentation and communication.
・Strong financial analysis capabilities and experience managing budgets
・Strong communication and client-facing capability
・Collaboration, team work to enable problem solving
・Proactive to enable problem solving
・Effective collaboration and teamwork
