■Key Accountabilities

outsourced accounting firm for periodic financial statements and assists audit and tax preparation and audit review. Completes in an accurate and timely manner.
? Coordinate and response to Singapore/Hong Kong enquires and ad hock requests.
? Monitors, compiles and may analyze financial data. Assists detailed review of monthly property level reports.
・Responsible for the activities of the treasury, cash management and accounting function of the SPC. Reviews the cash transfer instructions and approves for the payments. Reviews the reconciliation of trial balances for assigned funds.
・Coordinate with outside service provider and other team member for entity set up, capital injection & reduction, and liquidation process.
・Reviewing tax report and monitor existing structures until entity liquidation.

・Work on supporting Asset managers to prepare advisory memos, sealing of documents and payment by acquiring appropriate approval as well as liaising with trust banks and accounting offices
・Check and manage various Asset Management documents and categorize and file hard/soft data
・Work closely with team members and monitor the task status
・Support for the marketing materials: DM dispatch and mail delivery, preparing company brochures, annual reports including translation
・Provide other administrative support to the team, including arrangement of meetings,schedules, biz trips and visitors including HQ members
・Translate documents as necessary
・Collaborate with other teams in the company as well as HQ in Singapore and other overseas branches
